Court Orders Ag Order 3.0 Extension

Ag Order 3.0 now has an expiration date of January 31, 2021. The new date is by court order. In an email to growers, the Regional Water Board will include attachments of the stipulated agreement between parties involved in Coastkeeper et al vs. Central Coast Water Board case, as well as the judge's signed order.
